How to Use

1. Prepare Your Pot or Growing Space
   Choose a well-ventilated orchid coir pot or container with excellent drainage—transparent pots are ideal for monitoring orchid roots.
   Ensure drainage holes are clear to avoid waterlogging, especially important for orchid health.
2. Open the Bag
   Carefully open your 20L EcoCharisma® orchid compost bag using scissors or a garden knife.
3. Fill Your Container
   Use gloves or your gardening tool and a scoop to transfer the compost into the coir pot.
   Fill your orchid container approximately ¾ full with EcoCharisma®, allowing enough room for positioning the roots and gentle watering.
4. Plant Your Orchid
   Place the orchid in the coir pot, gently spreading the roots.
   Fill around the roots with more EcoCharisma® compost, pressing lightly to stabilise without compacting the mix—airflow is essential.
5. Water Gently
   Water lightly after planting to help settle the EcoCharisma® compost and activate the composted coir’s structure.
   Avoid overwatering—EcoCharisma® supports excellent drainage while maintaining the right level of moisture for orchids.
6. Maintain Regular Orchid Care
   Continue watering sparingly depending on the species, environment, and season.
   Ensure good airflow and indirect light—adjust humidity and feeding with specialist orchid feed as needed.
   Check roots periodically and report when root-bound or when the compost begins to break down.
